Unknow command "/panel" in paperMC

Hi, I'm trying to install MCDash on my paperMC server (ubuntu). I've already put the .jar file inside the "plugins" folder and MCDash is righly loaded... but I'm not able to set a password! If I try to use the "/panel" command I'll receive the "unknow command" answer, both from linux-console and in-game console. How can i set my password?
