Can't connect to minecraft server remotely or locally

Hello,

I created a new server using MC Dash, and it started successfully (I can see it on the interface). I also have an IP with a visible port (my public IP, see the screenshot).

However, when I try to connect to this IP on Minecraft, it doesn't work. The same happens when I enter my local IP with the same port (14692) or the one I specified in the compose.yaml file (25565); I get an error during the connection (see screenshot).

What should I do?
