Template for Contribution?

Hey, I really like your idea and I want to share my experience of working aboard. It would be better that we can compose a markdown template for people like me to contribute to this repo thus I can create a PR based on this template.

Also, I have some random ideas of this repo:

  1. Create a website that display the experience in a better format.
  2. QQ Group or gitter channel for communication.

@smy20011 Great suggestions and no need to be sorry for using English here haha! I was thinking about creating a template as well. Just created a gitter channel and added you.
