I also wanna make hammer a little better overall. For example, I've added a command which allows you to toggle the app on or off and removed redundant return() calls

I meant that while the title just says "send to action at instead of chat" there's more changes:

  • Avoiding of return via inverting if
  • Ability to enable/disable the app with a command
