[Suggestion] make allay drop whole stacks

As a performance tweak, it would be faster if allays would drop an entire stack of items rather than stream them (which is how it appears they do it currently). It looks like piglins already do this. I don't know if this can be scripted separately or whether it needs to be part of the core mod.
