scheduling hogs mspt

Title says it all. I'm making an issue and not a pr cos it may be that scheduling itself has a problem. Also: image

Without the chunk_display.sc script (which is the only one loaded), it drops to 3.5 mspt

IMO the solution for chunk_display.sc is to add a command interface as well, allowing to a) more easily toggle the display, and b) change the refresh rate

This is not general scheduling, Scarpet schedule includes the time to process the scheduled calls too.
