[Suggestion] fallingBlockDispensers blocks blacklist

fallingBlockDispensers can launch not only ordinary blocks, but also obsidian, end portal frame, bedrock and portal blocks ... This is a very cool thing, but this feature need a blacklist blocks, like something that can't or breaks when piston moving the block or thing.
