Return 'vernacular' field to present common names provided by a data source for a particular match.

I didn't know about this possibility. Could any of you provide examples of using gnames services for getting vernacular names?

Are their usages in checklists documented somewhere? (I mean, a standardized recommended way of providing them if I were the data source creator)

A very interesting subject (although I prefer gnames to concentrate efforts in high-quality scientific names services)
