Hiding slide transitions for printing

As raised in Issue 50 by @baseliners there does not seem to be a feasible way of printing slides without the transitions.

This functionality corresponds to specifying creating a LaTeX Beamer document with the 'handout' option active.

Currently my work around is a script to manually remove the transitions which means additional files :(
