spin up Locally

I wanted to play around with this repo a little bit and spin it up locally. When I run the compose files everything seems to work fine but as far as I can see besides all the databases only the dashboard is started but not any "agent" and as far as I understand it, the agent does the "work" doesn't it?

Do I minunderstand the principle with agents or is it simply not documented?
