254 error when running the task

Hi, I just installed the grunt plugin, YLT locally, and I'm trying to test a website. Here is

YellowLabTools run failed on page XXXXX with error: 254

What does it mean ? Is there a way to get reports on the errors ?

Hi, it means PhantomJS could not open the page. Have a look at https://github.com/gmetais/YellowLabTools/issues/169.
