(Idea) add option to make small workspaces to use the same effect as the big workspaces

I'd be nice to have an option to make small workspaces to distributed windows using the same effect (grid?) than the bigger one. That would allow to know exactly which windows are running on which desktop, and move them around (when they are draggable :)). This would be similar to what the "grid" effect does in kwing, but with the advantage of having the big workspace representation (that kwin offers in a different effect).

It depends - more or less - on #130 as then it would be possible to define a layout manager, the same one as for the windows view, for workspace actors (XfdashboardLiveWorkspace).
