Upgrade Gradle to 6.5, removed deprecated IncrementalTasksInputs and switched to the new InputChanges API.

Remove GPars as it's not maintained anymore and switch to java 8 parallel streams

Migrate JUnit from 4 to 5

Update jasper version to 6.12.2

migrate the build script from groovy to kotlin
