%screenNameLowerCase% (and other params) not work for Subdirectory

@kivinus3 i have 2 comments for subdirs thing:

  1. You can type it manually in Package window during new screen creation like com.example.exchangerates.presentation.yourname
  2. For inner files inside this dir you can specify new directories, in Code Template just specify package like package %packageName%.view package %packageName%.di So subdir is gonna be created as you wish, and this file gonna be placed here
