Contacts not Open/permission

Hello,

Gmaruzz, i have a problem, when login in Saraphone the button Contacts not Work. When I click in contacts only open a new window bellow the "Phone", in this windows the message is "access denied" according to the print, please what is necessary to see the contacts of fusionpbx or extensions and groups?

I instaled a new fusionpbx for make tests, I followed all the steps describe here and the same error.
