Not restored if moved when maximized

Hello,

I'm on Windows and if a window is moved by clicking on the title bar when maximized, it restored to his normal state to avoid moving a huge window that goes beyond the screen. I don't know how it done in Mac OS or Linux, but maybe this feature can be nice.

I investigate a bit but the main problem with this is to handle the multi screen. I have nice result in the primary screen, but weird results in my second ..
