jitclass doesn't use correct type for init arg

Thanks for the report - I can confirm that I can reproduce the issue locally.

Different type hints will result in `TypingError` when using `overload`

I think type hints are used for jitclass members: https://github.com/numba/numba/pull/5609

Numba cfuncs not usable as scipy LowLevelCallable on Windows
