No license file

I'd like to use go-erd at work to generate ERD's from source, and already have a patch that supports recursing into sub-directories and generating a single DOT file. However without a LICENSE file and/or any license headers on the source I can't officially fork your code. Could you add a LICENSE file and/or headers?
