table of kmer counts for multiple samples

I'm surprised that this feature isn't in the issues or documentation (that I see), but I'd like to create a kmer count table for multiple metagenome samples (kmer x sample table). Given the potentially very large sizes of the jellyfish dump output, a table join of all dumps for many samples would be a huge computational task.

Does jellyfish support creating a kmer x sample count table (maybe I missed it in the docs)? If not, any ideas on how to join multiple dumps most efficiently into one table?
