New ADQL version?

The ADQL-2.1 branch is used since a few months in production by @mbtaylor's Starjava suite (STILTS, Topcat etc), and I am upgrading these packages for Debian. This requires an ADQL package at least updated to the commit 8b88a44779 that is used in Starjava now.

While I could just pragmatically create a Debian package related to this commit, I would feel better to have a proper versionized package. Would you consider to tag a proper ADQL package soon?
