HTML Input text and text area controls doesn't print the value on PDF

Hi

I have a problem converting HTML Input controls to PDF. The value excludes when the PDF is generated. Only a blank box is printed. Suppose the following HTML shows like a blanks box on PDF.

Same is the case with TextArea.

I am not sure if this is actually an issue with Pechkin or if that is just the behavior of wkhtmltopdf. I searched about it a little bit and did not turn up much.
