Add DC transfer

-recognize analysis type "DC transfer characteristic" -add example diff_amp

This is a simple extension to plot a DC transfer characteristic. The example is a discrete differential amplifier. To generate the svg plot one has to use variables 1 and 6 from the rawfile.
