[Feature Request] Ability to pass proxy settings to WebView

Describe the problem/motivation

I have problems with connect to esm.sh in my environment. I can fix them by connecting to http proxy server, but Zebar didn't allow it.

Describe the solution you'd like

It's be nice if Zebar allow to pass proxy settings to WebView. As I understand it's accept --proxy-server=ip_of_proxy:port.

Alternatives considered

I fix it for myself current by wrapping msedgewebview2.exe with https://github.com/wiresock/proxifyre, but it's wraps all webview across system.

Other possibility is to bundle widget packages from esm.sh, don't load them on bar launch.
