[Feature Request] one workspace per all displays option

Describe the problem/motivation

I think at the moment a workspace is assigned to a display, so when I start 1 is assigned to first monitor, 2 is to the second. This might be useful but also inconvenient.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option to use one workspace per one display (like now), or to use one workspace per all displays (similar to multiple desktops in Windows).
