[Feature Request] "Smart" resizing command - changes width/height depending on parent container

In addition to resize width and resize height, it'd be nice to have resize smart, which decides whether to resize width/height depending on the tiling-direction of the parent.

Ideal for matching up with AeroSpace / i3 config (see docs).
