I have a suggestion that could be useful. Let me know what you think. Let's say I know that the password might start with a given word, e.g. Shanon followed by a sequence of character generated only from a subset (e.g. made of 4,5,6).

For example :

   Shanon456
   Shanon44446 

I was thinking we could you the charset option but restrict the charset to a small subset of characters. Would it be possible without to much pain ?

Sorry just found the -s option that does exactly that.
