Keyboard shortcut to open language dropdown

Problem case

I don't like to use my mouse. I am able to do most things in Anki with keyboard only. Sometimes I want to mix several languages in a single card, or switch languages frequently. Once you open the drop-down, then you can just type the prefix of the language, then Enter. So if we had a shortcut to just open the drop-down (or focus it), it should be enough.

Solution

Add shortcut to focus (or focus & open) the language drop-down.
