Heatmap missing a day I didn't miss

Problem description

I just moved back to the UK after a while in Australia, since my laptop has changed timezone Heatmap is now showing 1 day as having no reviews (July 25th 2019), I know for a fact I reviewed on that day and it previously showed as having 150+ reviews and I even did it while in the UK timezone. 800+ day streak is now showing as 398 days.

Strangely when putting my computer back to Sydney time it restores my streak but still shows some empty days on the grid.

I know other people have had a similar issue but I can't seem to find a fix. Screenshots attached.

Updated anki to 2.1.32, enable V2.1 scheduler with New Timezone Handling enabled, problem still persists.

It worked here, although in this version, some functions have a problem, such as changing the color. But anyway, thank you.

This is still a problem in review-heatmap v1.0.1

I got this issue after daylight savings in New Zealand, the built-in Anki heatmap has it correct still.
