Issues with timezone handling

Just merging different timezone-related reports into one overarching issue for now:

#23 #37 #38

Tagged as "upstream", but it's likely a combination of issues in the add-on itself, cal-heatmap, and Anki.

Just released v1.0.0-beta.1 which contains some fixes in relation to timezone handling: https://github.com/glutanimate/review-heatmap/releases/v1.0.0-beta.1

Please give it a try (perhaps coupled with Anki's optional new timezone handling) and let me know if it fixes things!

Hello,

I apologize if I am not following the proper protocol to submit a report (just downloaded GitHub), but I recently turned on the "New Timezone Handling" option on Anki, and I am now missing reviews on a day that I definitely did cards on (it seems as though they all got pushed to the next day).

I then downloaded the new beta (v1.0.0-beta.1-anki21), but I still have the same problem. Thank you (for this & for all that you do for the Anki community)!
