Disable dictionary pop up for "front" of cards

Problem case

I sometimes highlight words while I'm reading the front of a card (it somehow helps me go faster). Because pop-up dictionary is enabled on both the front and back of cards, this means (a) I sometimes accidentally see the answer via pop-up dictionary (b) anki gets really slow if I highlight too many words in close succession on the front of a card.

Solution

Config to disable popup dictionary on the "front" of cards.
