Does not display as popup on Windows 10 / Anki 2.0

Problem description

Double clicking or using the hotkey to display the popup works, but the new window does not appear as an actual popup but instead is partly hidden by the left or right edge of the Anki Window. (The right/left edge of the Anki Window overlaps the left/right side of the popup window, so the overlapped part is not readable.)

This is not related to the size of the Anki Window though. Whenever I resize the Anki Window (even when I make it smaller), the popup "jumps" inside the Window so it becomes fully readable.
