Conflict with zoom

Hi everyone,

This add-on occasionally (not for all cards) does not play well with the Zoom 2.1 Add-on (1). The major issue is that the pop-up sometimes appears far, far away from the current window (see screenshot).

I am currently using Anki Version 2.1.11 on Mac OS X 10.14.3 with the latest iteration of popup_dictionary.

Note that this might be due to a problem in Zoom rather than Pop-up:

Thanks for letting me know @denzilholles. It seems like Zoom is messing with the coordinates used by the add-on. Not sure if there's any good way to work around that, but I'll give it a try when I find the time.
