"Hide All, Guess One" --> "Hide All, Reveal One"

Open knicole187 opened this issue 5 years ago • 1 comments

I downloaded the latest version of the image occlusion enhanced. I am able to upload image and mask all the terms that I want (ex. 21 cards created off of one image). I click "hide all, guess one" then close the window. When I go to preview the cards, all the terms I want are masked except one. When I click "show answer" everything is unmasked. All I want is to be able to mask the terms I want and be able to guess one term on one card (with everything masked) and move on to the next until I guess all the terms. I've literally done everything I could to fix it but nothing has worked so far and I've been dealing with this for over a year now. At that point I just stopped using it all together because it wasn't helpful and was extremely time consuming.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that the add-on is not working as expected. As there are many things that could affect how the cards are displayed, it's difficult to say what's causing the behavior you're observing (most likely it's some issue with the card templates that could have either arisen through an accidental edit, or a wrongly configured imported note type). Either way, the quickest way for me to help you would be if you could send me a small sample deck with some of the affected cards. To do so, please feel free to drop me a quick email at [email protected].

To export the deck in question, within Anki's main screen, please click on the gear icon to the right of the deck name and then select "Export". In the export dialog that comes up, please leave all the options as they are, save for setting the checkmark at "Include media". Then click "Export.." to save the deck, and then please find and attach that file to your email.

Thanks!
