This issue is intended to receive updates for all the enhancements/improvements being proposed to be included in release 12.0

Yes. At the moment 4 of us are working on glusterfs actively. At the moment plan is to take 11.x next release. We are taking over maintenance from earlier maintainers. So taking a while to get the processes going.
