gluster-block integration with GD2

With GD2 we need to come up with an integration method on how gluster-block can be setup.

gluster-block implementation (RWO) will be based on the loopback devices which is currently work in progress. This issue was to track the iSCSI/TCMU based gluster-block integration which is not a priority for GCS.
