is there a way to deploy the last version (6.1). By default the 4.x is deployed

It might be better if you asked this question in https://github.com/gluster/gluster-containers This project consumes the images produced by that project.

Sorry, I should clarify... the 4.1 version of gluster is the latest version available in dockerhub at the moment. Thus, there are no alternative tags, etc for gluster-kubernetes to use to give you a higher version that what you currently get. I think there are already issues there requesting more up-to-date images. I'd suggest adding to one of those issues, or if nothing else quite fits your request making a new issue.
