Colour background

Not certain whether this is a bug report or a feature request. It makes a big difference to any writing environment for me if I can change the background colour of the text area. When I first started using FSNotes (Mac) I did manage to change the background (to ivory) via the Notes Font and the system Fonts panel. This became the global default for a while, but on relaunching FSN it had reverted to white and I have not been able to change it again. (That's the bug part).

The feature request would be for a Background Color setting right under Font Color in Layout prefs. Many thanks, Nick Sloan

  1. Preferences -> Advanced -> Appearance -> Custom
  2. Preferences -> Layout -> Background

Fantastic. I must have stumbled over that then inadvertently changed it back again. Many thanks!

When I enable "custom" there, the interface itself switches to a "light" variant, and the note text and the background fall under the "note color" and "Background" control found in Layout. That's good, but I would also like to change the folder bit and notes list colours at that point. Is there another part where I can configure that?
