Menu: git pull & push

Describe your feature request In the MacOS app, add an entry menu to do git pull & push

Currently I'm looking for that feature in the menu, I don't find it, then I remember it is in the preferences, then I do it there, then I close the preferences window.

Adding a menu entry would make my workflow a tiny bit better
