Conflict between Markdown and MathJax

Description

subscript($_$) is widely used in MathJax and it works well in most editor I used. But in FSNotes two subscript in two equations will be considered to be the grammar of Markdown that marks italics.

Two examples:

$\vec{p}_{\perp})$, and $p_{\pm}$ is showed as $\vec{p}{\perp})$, and $p{\pm}$. You can find that the content between underscores is italicized, and no formulas are rendered.

To Reproduce

1. two equation like $\vec{p}_{\perp}$ and $p_{\pm}$.
2. There are no formulas, only italics in preview.

Expected behavior

$p^{\mu}=(p^+,p^-,\vec{p}_{\perp})$, and $p_{\pm}=1/\sqrt{2}(p^{0} \pm p^3)$ should be:
