Folder structure breaking when renamed

Description

When we create a new folder and rename it, its group changes.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Home
2. Click on 'Create new Folder'
3. Rename the newly created folder
4. Group of the folder changes, and the folder moves up

Expected behavior

Only the name should change when renamed.
