Better organize application settings

Describe your feature request The Settings window can be better organized:

• Update "Preferences" window title to "Settings" to match menu item in Ventura
• Move Note Font, Color, and Background settings from "Layout" to "Editor"
• Rename "Layout" to "Library"
  • If done, also rename the "Sidebar" menubar item to "Library" for consistency

The only thing I would suggest is for Preferences window title to match host OS, so Ventura and later would get Settings and Monterey and earlier would get Preferences.

These changes would also require some new localisation work.
