Pin Button to keep window on top (or visible) by choice

For macOS I would appreciate to have a small button or shortcut to pin the FSNotes Window to stay active and visible even when I set FSNotes to hide when other window is active which is my default setting. But quite frequently I want to move between another app and FSNotes so it's a little troublesome to always have to bring FSNotes up again. If I would have a small button on the top right next to the new note button where I can pin the window to the forefront and keep it visible, it would really enhance the usability of FSNotes for me.
