Keyboard shortcuts to move current/selected lines

Describe your feature request (https://Nova.app) has this.

1. Select some lines
2. Press Alt+cursor up/down
3. Selected lines move in the direction pressed

or

1. Don't select any lines
2. Press Alt+cursor up/down
3. Current line moves in the direction pressed

This would be great. The VSCode shortcuts for this are the same. Also one thing I like from VSCode is that pressing cmd shift k deletes the current or selected line
