Mermaid text is low contrast for Dark Mode

Describe the bug Mermaid text doesn't respect Dark Mode when previewed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch to DarkMode
2. See example 6. Mermaid ...
3. Squint to try to read the light gray text on the slightly darker gray background.

Expected behavior Change the value of the light gray for mermaid rendering based on the background, or just go to white.

Actual behavior The grays stay the same as if the background was white.

Workaround Don't preview Mermaid in DarkMode.
