Menu Button without Functionality

The app features a menu button, that currently does nothing.

From checking the Android app, it could show some settings like

• user info (Avatar, phone number)
• account stuff
• an option to unlink the app
• appearance (beside the theme switcher)
• ... the list could go on :smile:

Additionally I'd probably replace the menu button with a button showing the users avatar, like the Android app does.

Anyways: Great work so far already!
