As of now I am not aware of any version. Unfortunately I am not able to test & build on Windows arm64 yet, @abhinayagarwal Are there plans to offer Windows-arm64 builds?

JavaFX doesn't offer Windows arm64 builds as javafx.web and javafx.media module needs to be fixed. Once JavaFX builds are available for Windows arm64, we can look into creating builds for Scene Builder.

Is Windows arm64 on OpenJFX roadmap? If so, we could add this as a potential item for Scene Builder 24.

For those who still need to use JavaFX and are forced to deal with it on ARM64, here's a cmdline to run it on Libreca JavaFX using scenebuilder-$version-all.jar (if you don't want to build it you can take it from any precompiled builds, as long as you are able to extract it with any archiver it doesn't really matter which you'll pick):

java --enable-native-access javafx.graphics --add-opens=javafx.fxml/javafx.fxml=ALL-
UNNAMED -cp scenebuilder-$version-all.jar com.oracle.javafx.scenebuilder.app.SceneBuilderApp

This is based upon what's actually documented in building part of Readme. This is far better option for me than to deal with sluggish Windows emulation. As for myself, given I'm taking educational course whose part is developing applications with JavaFX, I'll be testing how it works when ran natively in Libreca enviroment, with some hopes there will be gluonhq runtimes provided as well someday.

I hope somebody will find this useful and that maybe my current circumvention/solution will move this issue ticket forwards!

PS: I know this method isn't rocket science but I wanted to make this comment to formally express it is at least possible to use Scene Builder or to point some people not knowing there's any method to use it at all natively on Windows ARM64.
