Drag and drop on Ubuntu 19.04 (Default)

Hello,

I am using GNOME Shell 3.32.1, as my daily driver, and never got any issues with your software on previous releases of Ubuntu (from what I know, previous 18.10 release, used an older version of gnome).

On this version, whenever I grabbed an item from the list – it allowed me – but later it did not want to drop. Even if I tried to press the mouse button a couple of times, it still kept following the mouse.

I have fixed it (???) by installing KDE desktop, and then re-logging on gnome.

While I do know, this report is really strange, I have another PC with the exact same issue, so I can easily deliver any required logs/data to help to solve this issue, as I really do not want to use 1.5GB workaround on my other PC.

When I reinstalled the system, this time not with the "Minimal" install option, It works like a dream...
