Eclipse marketplace doesn't show the 2.8.3 version

The Marketplace (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/gluon-plugin) still shows 2.8.2 and and says support is for Eclipse 4.19.

Even worse, the update site http://download.gluonhq.com/tools/eclipse/release wants to install 2.8.0.
