Streamlining Figma Variables to Props

Description

We're currently looking to move to Gluestack for all our dev projects and seeing how we can automate it as much as possible.

We've been prototyping a Figma -> Code plugin to improve the handover between design and dev teams but are finding a few issues with the component setup as there's inconsistencies.

In many cases there are missing mappings between variants and the equivalent props as well as differences between how the variables are applied in Figma to the code.

It would be great if these could be streamlined further to improve this handover process. We'd be more than happy to help if you were open to us contributing somehow.
