KHR_materials_clearcoat & KHR_materials_sheen support

This PR adds full support for the clearcoat and sheen material extensions. Please note that the clearcoat code was build from the PR of @chubei-oppen (#345).

All code has been documented and I've tested both extensions in my own projects.

@alteous could you take a look at this PR when you have some time? I'd like to update my crate on crates.io, but it's depending on these changes :)
